Alright Yes there is a robotics system. Lots of people make robots such as the Japanese Robot Called PaPeRo Partner-Type Personal Robot
Another is called the Robart III Also made in japan. it also has A mini 6 barrel gun to shoot tiny plastic green pellets. And can detect wild and crazy motion. Example: If a man became drunk it could change from plastic pellets to tranquilizer Darts to shoot him and calm him down.
